How it works

      Fill out the Temp Nanny Request detailing your childcare needs, preferred dates/times, and any special instructions.

    2. We find your match
      Depending on your service we send a diret match or provide candidates for you to virtually interview!

    3. Confirm Your Booking
      Once you have made your selection we finalize all details so you can relax.

    4. Enjoy Peace of Mind
      Your temp nanny will arrive on time, ready to provide engaged, nurturing, and professional care for your family.

  • We understand that plans change!
    To ensure fairness for both families and caregivers, please note the following cancellation policies:

    Cancellations made with 48+ hours notice: No penalty

    Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice: The full booking fee is non refundable, and a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the scheduled nanny’s pay will be charged.

    Cancellation made with less than 24 hours’ notice: The full booking fee and 100% of the scheduled nanny’s pay with be charged.
